Message	smaller than the size of the o2 sensor.. make sure its one of those with the triangles inside and not just six sides. Put it over the o2 and with some sort of metal pipe (as an extension, im assuming this is still on the car) hammer the socket over the stipped "bolt" that should give you enough to turn it and get it out.
